Are the services the same, the customer service, the type of vehicle, how fast they can get to your location, etc. Both forms of ride sharing transportation, and each have pretty much the same methods with regards to connecting you, the customer with a reliable and reasonably priced Uber or Lyft ride.

Cost is a huge factor in any form of tech app friendly travel. With factors such as how often you are going to ride-share, how far the distance and the time, it can be clear which one is better than the other depending on your own needs and requirements in life.

Essentially between Lyft taxi and Uber taxi , the pricing can be competitive between the them making it hard to decide which one is better.

With Uber the feel of the ride-share is different, most drivers require sitting in the back with black vehicles and more professional dress being the norm. Lyft will soon follow suit with this same idea.

For those wishing to make conversation with the drive while being in route to their destination that Lyft taxi may the better option of the two.

During peak times when travel is full, selecting the better of the 2 might come down to who can get to you fast since getting to where you want to be is important.

Each one of these phones friendly, app working forms of transportation have their perks which can change from one moment to the next. Selecting which one is better or worse, can be like looking at the same coin, slightly different in nature but worth picking up.

Each app is slightly different but basically, they tend to mimic each other. Their service is pretty much the same in the fact that they manage to pick you up rather quickly. When saving favorite or commonly used addresses, Uber taxi is one step ahead of Lyft allowing the customer to save not only the common locations but also destinations that may be of importance or significance.

Lyft also doesn’t make it so easy app wise for you to locate your favorite places, but Uber lets you split the ride-share with friends or family or even neighbors, you can do this in-app. Lyft taxi had this option but since removed it from the app itself.

One of the most critical areas that Uber taxi seems to have their stuff together is with regards to safety. They offer in app 911 calling which can have far reaching impacts regarding safety and wellbeing for those traveling. A variety of payment methods are offered with both apps, but Uber offers discounts for those passengers paying one way or the other.

Despite these slight differences, each app and service are primarily the same as the other with a few key components being slightly different. Finding which one is better than the other can be unnecessary and even a waste of time since they are almost the same.
