Jason Cornell has over 22 years of experience as a personal injury attorney. Jason began his career as a trial attorney in Delaware, litigating cases in state and federal courts while working his way to equity partnership in an AmLaw 100, Philadelphia-based law firm. Jason served as one of the lead attorneys in Letterman v. National Truck, a wrongful death case where he obtained a $15 million verdict from a Palm Beach County jury due to the negligent design of a commercial “pumper” truck. Jason’s work in automotive product defect cases has allowed him to litigate cases in both Europe and throughout the United States.

Jason’s experience includes working as a consumer rights attorney handling health care claims for individuals denied benefits by their insurers. Here, Jason has successfully litigated both individual and class action cases on behalf of his clients. While in law school, Jason worked full-time as a senior bodily injury claims adjuster for one of the largest insurers in the country. Jason uses his experience as an adjuster to seek maximum recoveries for his injured clients.

Prior to law school, Jason obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida State University. Jason received numerous awards while enrolled in the Delaware Law School where he obtained his law degree in 1999.

Jason has received multiple awards for his work both as a Guardian Ad Litem for dependent children and mentor to younger attorneys. When not practicing law, Jason enjoys lifting in the gym, boating and spending time with his family in Juno Beach, Florida.
